Here we have our News in English. But at this time, we don't want write the news in detail. The reason is, that all highlights happend in Germany and we have no branch out-of-Germany. Not yet. We will see, what our Lord Jesus Christ will doing. The CFM shall be HIS association to HIS honor and not our .

The most important results  in the last 9 years

Many Christian in martial art are friends (especially Germany and Swiss) of our ministry. So in many years there developed a net and in our near past, we became more chances of services like

• send an employee to an event to give a testimony with a little show
• arrange a meeting between an non-christian, who is looking for serious people in sport, to a  Christian who is a friend of us
• send people, who wants training martial art, to a Christian, who is active in a near Dojo
• many people (from Brazil, too) wrote us to get help to find a non-spiritual-Dojo, or wanted find the right personal style in martial arts, to have training without spiritual aspects.

And be got the chance to operate as watchmen

• we delighted, more than years before, the grey zone of the subject, where are the spiritual limits for christian in martial art.   
  
• we present social projects of Christians in martial art
  
• Christians stoped training with dangerously exercises like Tai Chi or was warned, before they started training in such wrong exercises
  

Our goals in the next years will be (if there was no rapture and in hope, which is the same will of our Lord Jesus Christ):

• Camps with martial art training, bible study and biblical counseling
• Create an own martial art style, which is free from esoteric philosophy
  
• Youth work
  
• Publishing the missionary activity of our friends and employees in martial art and support them
  
• More missionary activity
  
• More employees, which can present a good show
  
• More friends and employees in Germany and out-of-Germany
  
• Christian, who wants to like open a branch of CFM in his country

Short report about the "European Sports Leadership School" (ESLS) 2009

In the first time of the European christian history, there was a six day sports ministry training course of Sports ministry practitioners (full-time, part-time or volunteer) in Europe from 15th until 21st June 2009 in Altenkirchen/Germany.
It was offered by “The European Christian Sports Union” in association with the “International Sports Coalition” / “International Sports Leadership Training” (ISLT).

I (Wolfgang) had the pleasure to been there.

The course included:

• Explaining the Gospel to sportspeople
  
• Best practice in sports ministry in Europe
  
• Serving sportspeople at all ages and levels
  
• Sport and Church

In this year, there were follow highlights:

• We collected many testimonies from Christian in martial art.           
• Our “martial art bible” was printed as a book. Unfortunately only in German language. "Der Weg zum Höchsten" means "The way to the top".
  
• Our book "christians and martial art" was published in german bookstores. Unfortunal only in german language.
  

Horst Kohl (left) is the founder of Kae-In-Sog-In. Self defense for handicapped people. More!	Claudia Fuchs makes Judo with schoolgirls. Many of them have big problems.More!	Tae Kwon Do training and biblestudy in Moldavia. More!

We lead a church service with martial art show include biblical message and preaching.

• An another time, we shown only defences in martial art with music in the background.
  
• Some Christians wrote us, that they decided to stop practice some eastern martial art systems because of the religious influences of Buddhism and Taoism.

Event to spread the gosple among the youth

For a one week, we worked together with a big christian organisation to spread the gospel among youth people.
In the morning we gave practice about self -defence and theoretical workshop, how avoid a physical attack. It’s toked place in Christian and non Christian schools in different city’s, were we invite the youth people to come to the event at evening.
At this events, we gave a martial art show with biblical messages.

Daniel Nitzsche as a Guest in "Jesus House". "Jesus House" is an event in many places in Germany for the youth and it is possible to invite a non-christian, that he will know Jesus.

Easterevent 2003

Together with the youth league „Entschieden für Christus" (decidedly for Christ), we had an event in “Rathen” the eastern part of Germany the former DDR.
Elli (TKD blackbelt teacher) from Berlin came with the son of a sister in Christ. Reinhard (a former Tai Chi and QiGong teacher) and I came from Stuttgart and Dortmund.
In these days, the youth people learned more about Jesus.
We had the job to give practice in fight sport to the youth and support the missionary event with show, where Elli gave her testimony.
Through the show, we hoped that more people would come, see and hear the gospel.

Meet the heavyweight boxer Chris Byrd in Cologne

I (Wolfgang) had the pleasure to meet the heavyweight boxer Chris Byrd and his family in Cologne. While weighing a day before the fight, I had the chance to distribute the book “Jesus our destiny” from Wilhelm Busch (the youth preacher, who sit in the prison in times of the Nazis).

Meet Ion Keptene and the moldavien TKD-Team in Rimini/Italy

I had under the impulse of the moment the idea to meet Ion Keptene and his Tae Kwon Do team in Rimini/Italia. There was the World-Championship in TKD.
I packed in many sportsbibles and missionary books in different languages cause to spread the gospel. I had so much kilo (I mean to remember me, there were 50), it was a wonder, that another passenger had only a little bag and gave me his kilo.

I met the team, but there was no Ion Keptene (he came the next day). But praise God, Sergiu, a great Brother in Christ spoke English, too. So it was possible, to explain my intension.

Next day, it was the first day of the competition for adults, a gumshield was missing.
And nowhere a shop to buy a one.
But instinctively, at home in Germany, I put in my own.
The first fighter was not very happy as he seen my used “old” gumshield.
But he had no choice. Take it or don’t start into the competition.

Some guys won a medal and I distributed bible and books.
The Athletics from the western part of the world didn’t accept the presents (except the Canadian), but the Athletics from the eastern part, were grateful. But I had not enough in these languages.
