Sifu Quoc L. Tran is the founder and president of the Christ-Mission Martial Arts Alliance (CMMAA), the International Tranjitsu Federation, the Combat Warrior Martial Arts Association and the International Tinh Vo Dao Federation. Also he is the founder of Tinh Vo Dao, Tranjitsu & Street Rapid Defense System and Tran's Combat Martial Arts, and he holds black belts in several of the martial arts styles/systems. He is the New Jersey State Representative of the World Combat Arts Federation, the Valadez Kenpo Association, the World Christian Black Belt Association & World Christian Martial Arts Association and the World Martial Arts Organizations Alliance. 2001 he was inducted into the "World Combat Arts Federation Hall of Fame" - "Martial Arts Instructor of the Year" and the "United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame" - "Founder Award". 2004 he was listed  in "Who's Who in Martial Arts",  awarded the "Bronze, Cupronickel & Copper Medal of Honor for Courage" (ICMAUA) and "Instructor Of The Year" (USJJA). In the same year he was inducted into the "World Martial Arts Organizations Alliance International Hall of Fame" - "Founder of the Year" and awarded the "Martial Achievement Award" (USJJA). He is a Certified Agent for the "National Security Alliance" Kid-Safe Network and got Presidential Sport Awards from the US Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush.

Sifu Quoc L. Tran about his christian life:

"I was born and raised in a Christian family in Can Tho, Vietnam. My Grandfather was a Pastor who served in Vietnam for over 50 years. So, I walk with God since I was born. I was baptized in 1994 at the Vietnamese Evangelical Church of the C&MA in New York.

As I grew up, I noticed that Jesus is the Son of God and that he died for my sins. I am a sinner and I accepted him as my Savior and believe in Him and I want to serve him for the rest of my life. John 3:16 said "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." I believe everything in the Bible is true; and if I believe in Him and follow His words, I will go to Heaven and spend eternal life with Him.

Since I was born, God has done so many things in my life. He has given me so many natural talents. One of the talents is martial arts; and I want to use this talent to serve Him. That is why, recently I established the "Christ-Mission Martial Arts Alliance". The main goal of this organization is to use the Martial Arts to bring people closer to God; to teach and learn Martial Arts in a Christian environment. Mark 16:15-16 He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned."

I want to bring as much people as I can closer to God; so that they can be saved. I pray God to give me strength and wisdom to accomplish my Mission. Philippians 4:13 said "I can do everything through him who gives me strength."

The only Master in this world is God. He is the only one that I will serve and follow for the rest of my life."
